The Weekly Cadence

Every week of the season brings a different moment for the athlete and family to work through together.

Some weeks are about preparing for a game, coaches visit, game day visit, or important conversation. Others are about reflecting on performance, organizing film and communication, sorting through new information, or deciding whether a next step is needed at all.

Over time, those moments begin to create a rhythm.

The Weekly Cadence is designed to help families slow the process down, focus on what is actually in front of them, and create a consistent space for preparation, reflection, organization, and conversation.

Each weekly briefing offers a focused theme, a practical step, and a conversation starter for the athlete and family to use together.

There is no single cadence every family is expected to follow. Each athlete, season, and family will move differently.

The Weekly Cadence is not a program your family must complete in order.

Each briefing is designed to open a conversation, help the athlete and family build a plan around the week ahead, and create space to discuss what matters most right now.

Return to the topics that fit the moment your family is facing. Use what is helpful, leave what is not, and focus on the next conversation or decision in front of your family unit.
