Showcase organizes the information provided by the athlete and family into a polished, expanded recruit profile. OTU formats the submission for clarity and presentation, but the wording, facts, metrics, and recruiting details remain athlete and family supplied.

Elite

Elite begins with the athlete and family submission, then adds OTU editorial review and a stronger coach-facing presentation. OTU refines the organization, summary, film guidance, specialist strengths, development focus, and recruiting context while preserving the accuracy of the submitted facts.

Profile Updates

Keep the profile current without rebuilding it every week.

One update request may include several related changes submitted together, such as a new measurement, updated GPA, replacement photo, new profile wording, or a new link.

  • Showcase includes 2 update requests per 12-month active period.
  • Elite includes 6 update requests per 12-month active period.
  • Requests beyond the included amount are available for an additional fee confirmed before work begins.
  • Replacing an uploaded featured clip or changing a URL on the OTU profile counts as an update request.
Updating content at the destination of an existing link does not use an OTU profile update. Athletes may refresh a Hudl profile, YouTube playlist, X profile, MaxPreps page, or other linked destination while keeping the same URL on the OTU profile.
Showcase presents the athlete and family's submitted story clearly. Elite adds OTU review and a more advanced coach-facing presentation. Every profile remains subject to athlete and family approval before publication.
