Recruiter Readiness Review
Talent can get missed when the presentation is scattered.
Most athletes do not have one clean place where everything lives.
Film might be on Hudl.
Camp results may be in screenshots.
Rankings may live on outside sites.
Metrics may be buried in posts.
Social links may not point to the right information.
Contact details may be missing or unclear.
Academic details may not be easy to find.
That creates delays.
When a recruiting staff member is trying to evaluate quickly, scattered information can slow down the process before the athlete gets a real look.
The 100-Point Recruiter Readiness Review helps identify what is working, what is missing, and what should be cleaned up before wider outreach.
The goal is not to look busy. The goal is to be easy to evaluate.

Where The Score Lands
-
Recruiter Ready
The athlete’s information is clean, organized, current, and easy for staff to evaluate. Minor polish may help, but the foundation is strong.
-
Close To Ready
The athlete may have talent, but the current presentation makes it harder for recruiting staff to evaluate quickly.
-
Needs Cleanup
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
Not Yet Recruiter Ready
The athlete needs a stronger foundation before sending links broadly to schools. This does not mean the athlete lacks ability. It means the recruiting presentation needs work.
