You have been selected to be part of the first group of OTU Founding Prospect Profile Builds.
The OTU Prospect Profile is a coach-ready profile build designed specifically for Specialists. OTU reviews the submitted information, organizes film, metrics, verification links, recruiting details, photos, contact information, and athlete background, then builds one clean profile link coaches can review quickly.
This first group will help shape the final Prospect Profile process inside the Off The Uprights ecosystem.
Before starting the intake form, please review the sample profile below so you can see how the information flows and how it will be presented.

Important Before You Start
The current intake form does not allow you to save progress and return later.
Please gather your information first and complete the form in one sitting. The stronger and more complete the submission is, the stronger the final profile can be.
What You Should Have Ready
Athlete Information
Full name, graduation class, position, high school, city/state, current height and weight, and NCAA ID if available.
Contact Information
Athlete email, parent/guardian email, phone number, preferred contact method, and X profile.
Film Links
Primary film, specialist film, game film, camp charting videos, training clips, and prepare a note on what coaches should watch first.
Verification Links
MaxPreps or high school stat links, camp/showcase profile links, camp/showcase result links, ranking/profile links, social posts, and notes explaining where numbers came from.
Specialist Metrics
Field goal, kickoff, punting, or long snap numbers, plus any athletic testing numbers and source notes.
Athlete Profile Details
Dominant foot/hand, other sports, GPA, academic interests, honors, awards, leadership roles, and a short athlete bio.
Photos / Media
Main athlete photo, action photo, headshot, camp headshot, charting results / sheets, screenshots, or other supporting media.
Optional OTU Story / Article Link
If OTU has already written a story, feature, event report, or article involving the athlete, include that link so it can be added to the profile. Any other media or news outlets can be added as well.
What Happens After You Submit
Once the intake form is submitted, OTU will review the information, organize the profile, and follow up if anything needs clarification.
Before the profile goes live, OTU will send a preview link so the athlete and family can review the page for accuracy. Once approved, the final coach-ready profile link can be shared directly with college coaches.
